1. The Amateur Latin American Festival of Animation - Animateur is organized by the Fundación Simón I. Demiurge Patiño and CEA, has the support of the Community Animators Bolivia, and Chile Consulate in Bolivia. will take place between 21 and 28 October 2011 , in the context of celebrations of International Day of Animation ", La Paz Bolivia.

2. The theme of the contest is open to all genres (except commercials), and ways and methods of expression achieved with animation of any kind. The duration of the works must not exceed 30 minutes including the end credits.

6. The exhibition of the works selected for the Official Show will take place on 21, 22, 25 and 26 October 2011 . The main venue will be the city of La Paz.

7. The award ceremony and exhibition of the winning entries will be held in celebration of International Day Animation on October 28, 2011.
