At last came to light the long-awaited album of black metal supergroup Ov Hell, comprising the known members Shagrath of Dimmu Borgir and King of Gorgoroth, while the recording study involved Frost on drums, and guitars and Ice Dale Teloch.
From the publication of a couple of tracks on their myspace, the expectation went up a lot, and now came the whole album even surpassed them.

The musicianship is excellent. The Underworld Regime lives up to its name eerily evil, to have an incredibly dark atmosphere. The songs contain some true black metal atmosphere, with intermediate interesting, ominous between songs. Shagrath on her vocal performance on this album is not as flashy as his voice with Dimmu Borgir, his delivery is more raw. Shagrath looks as if focused on communicating their message and direct satanic and "black" as possible.

The guitar riffs are devilishly catchy, like that of Burzum or Mayhem Varg, Euronymous. Each song has a crazy hook that will be forever etched in your brain. The album is very short about 40mins, the longest song is just six minutes and nineteen seconds long. Personally I think this works for the album. songs short to keep the material fresh and from becoming too boring.

Although this album is supposedly Gorgoroth unpublished material, the music sounds very similar to Gorgoroth. Half of the songs are mid-paced, which is a popular feature of Gorgoroth. When it comes to the end, this album was a pleasant surprise. If you like the Norwegian black metal will love this great album.

Paganism is felt from the first track, which from the beginning makes it clear what precisely is not for sensitive ears. As for the sound I expected something more "worked" in the sense that the topics posted on your site do not differ much to those who are already on the disc remastered official. And last criticism seemed too short.
